INGREDIENTS:
1 cup baby carrots, halved
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss veggies in olive oil and Manuka smoked chili salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Serve with fresh herbs on top if desired.
