Tomato & Triple Truffle Bruschetta
A gourmet creation from the brilliant Katyanne over at The Cupcakery! This tomato and triple truffle bruschetta is a thing of dreams (Chef's Kiss).
INGREDIENTS:
50g Greek feta
70g Greek yoghurt
10ml Black Truffle Oil
Sprinkle Black Truffle Seasoning
Sprinkle Black Truffle Sea Salt
A few drops of water - max 1/4 tsp, if needed
Feta
Diced Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Sourdough or fresh bread
METHOD:
1. Place feta, greek yoghurt, truffle oil and truffle seasoning in the food processor and blend until smooth. If needed, add water and blend again.
2. Once you've got a whipped consistency - spread mixture generously on your toasted sourdough
3. Top with diced tomatoes, fresh basil and sprinkle of truffle sea salt. Enjoy!
