INGREDIENTS:

12 chicken wings (about 1 lb)

Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp truffle oil
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange wings on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
4. While wings bake, mix buffalo sauce, truffle oil, and melted butter in a bowl.
5. Once the wings are crispy, toss them in the truffle buffalo sauce until well-coated.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce.
