Manuka Smoked Chilli Salted Avocado and Tomato Toast

Our favourite go-to breakfast options that's packed with flavour - Manuka Smoked Chilli Salted Avocado and Tomato Toast. Yum!

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe avocado
1 medium tomato, sliced
Fresh bread (sourdough, whole grain, or multigrain)
Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt
Black Pepper
Optional toppings: sliced radishes, microgreens, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze

METHOD:

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado until smooth or to your desired consistency. Season with a pinch of Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt and black pepper to taste and set aside. Wash the tomato and slice it thinly, and set aside.

2. Once the bread is toasted, spread a generous amount of the seasoned mashed avocado onto each slice. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the avocado.

3. Sprinkle a pinch of Manuka Smoked Chilli Salt over the tomatoes for a smoky, spicy kick.

4. Add additional toppings such as sliced radishes or microgreens for extra flavor and texture. You can also drizzle a bit of balsamic glaze over the toast for a touch of sweetness.

5. Serve while the bread is still warm and crispy.
