White Truffle Cheese Omelette
This White Truffle Cheese Omelette is the perfect morning treat. With creamy ricotta, fresh chives, and a drizzle of truffle oil, it’s simple yet totally delicious.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 tbsp white truffle oil
2 tbsp ricotta cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth.
2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
3. Pour in the eggs and let them cook gently.
4. Add dollops of ricotta and drizzle with white truffle oil as the omelette sets.
5. Fold the omelette in half, cook for another 1-2 minutes, then slide onto a plate.
6. Garnish with chopped chives.
